The society had changed a lot , we says that the changes had made in the structural form of society. India is a developing Nation on the terms of technology, But even now there exist several inequalities like patriarchal society . Even today nearly 55% of women are living inside the kitchen by cleaning and washing . It is something like a cycle which doesn't  move. 

To bring up the women , they need to get proper education , Nowadays most of the girls are getting married after the completion of higher secondary education .The education will give a better Job ,they can earn and live independent . When we go through the speech of christine lagard ,who is a role model to all women through out the earth, she says that women empowerment has 3 L's   they are learning, Labour and leadership , The proper education will give women an idea about the society and the proper knowledge .

The education with skill gives them more job opportunities  , here we  can see the power of first 'L' then the better job offers them better livelihood , social status and independent life style make them strong to face anything , this the power of second 'L' . Then leadership; when a women leads a community it will reach its prosperity and power so they can bring their true potential through leadership . Women who get married earlier before getting better education will lose all these power and they remains under the feet of men  for the  lifetime and their upcoming generation too.
